Spider Lake Door

This removable 4 panel or 2 panel Maple Door with Maple floating panels is like a spider with lots of legs. The Northern Spider Lake is just like that with many arms extending out from the main body of water.

Miami Door

This design was based after the abstract feeling of the high rise building, on the beach seemingly shooting out of the sand ,from nowhere like a mushroom.

Salt Lake City Door

This design is an abstract open book of history.

Cedar Valley Door

This white oak door with the curved groove down the middle of the raised panel represents a beautiful small valley in Leelanau County near Traverse City.

Isle Royale Door

This door is like no other anywhere. It is a vision of the actual long narrow island in Lake Superior, which is also like no other. With the light in the door itself  shining on the pine bark, it looks exactly as the moon casting a sharp glow on the rippled water. The door itself is a beautiful mahogany.

Sleeping Bear Door

The curved panels of walnut are reminiscent of the shapes of the dunes at this location on the shore of Lake Michigan.  While the main burl walnut center surface reminds one of how quickly the water can stir up on the Big Lake.

Seattle Fir Door

This door is so like the Northwest where this wood comes from. The sculptured curved areas in the middle of the panel represents the tall majesty of these trees, in a reverse effect.

Gulf Coast Door

This door shows the contrast between the dark background of the skate-like landscape and the Baltic Birch vertical pieces representing the light colored buildings. A dramatic sight as is the door.

Sugar Loaf Mountain Door

A big hill in most states out west . This old ski resort in Northern Michigan is where a ton of kids learned to glide down the slopes. The two panels with the "v" grooves down the middle is all I can see, like  two tracks going down the incline in the snow.

Denver Door

The walnut integrated panels makes me think of the city of Denver viewed from an airplane.

Newport Lighthouse Door

This is so much of a reminder of all the light houses on the east coast. This design is made from Paperstone (a recycled product) and a Baltic Birch base.

Suttons Bay Door

This commercial unit with its abstract design of a tall masted modern racing sailboat was constructed to accent the buildings owners passion. Which is racing these amazing crafts.

Manitou Island Door

An island off the west shore of Lake Michigan lies this land mass, there is a tapered rounded brick lighthouse on the south side. Thus the curved surface of the oak panel is the structure going up to the light . Which is another LED lit unit like no other door in the universe.
